Gift Cards
Gift cards from Noor Esthetique & Wellness Center are the perfect present for any event and can be tailored to any dollar value. You can easily acquire them online, directly at our clinic, or by calling 703-996-4377. While these cards are transferable, they cannot be refunded. They can be used for our range of products and services, but please note that tips can’t be charged to them. Kindly keep them safe, as we cannot be accountable for misplaced or stolen gift cards.
Appointments
We recommend that appointments be made at least two weeks in advance to get the time that is best for you. We reserve appointments with a credit card. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you don’t show up, there is a $100 fee. Kindly inform us ahead of your appointment time for any modifications. We request all clients arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled slot. Regrettably, we may not be able to accommodate latecomers.
Check-in Processes:
We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled time to guarantee a seamless service experience. For added convenience, you can complete the necessary paperwork via our online portal beforehand. Once you arrive, our concierge will warmly welcome you.
Late Arrivals:
Should you arrive late, we’ll do our best to meet all your requirements. Yet, out of respect for the schedules of our other guests at Noor Esthetique & Wellness Center, we might not be able to prolong your session. Being tardy could potentially shorten your treatment duration. Regardless of when you arrive, treatments are billed for their full duration. In such cases, we’ll gladly provide services for the remaining time of your booked slot.

In addition, our knowledgeable staff at Noor Esthetique & Wellness Center can help you select products for every day and gifts for every occasion. Service Treatment Etiquette
Our job as professionals is to exceed your expectations. We guarantee our work and are here to serve you. We strive hard to bring our patients a level of quality that is unparalleled in our community. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
General Guidelines:
- Please silence your cell phones upon entry into the treatment area.
- Noor Esthetique & Wellness Center is an oasis of tranquility, peace, and quiet. We ask that you refrain from bringing younger children to the clinic and/or leaving them unattended in the reception area.
- Please avoid wearing jewelry and bringing other valuables to the spa. Regretfully, the Management cannot assume responsibility for the loss or damage of your personal articles and items.
- Our trained providers will custom-design your treatments based on your desired needs and goals. Please provide them with feedback as to your comfort and special troubled areas.
- Please just relax and enjoy your experience.
- During the treatment sessions, you may decide to be silent or quietly talkative. Your provider will follow your lead.
- Please share public space respectfully with other patients.
- Please be aware that the treatment rooms must be prepared and used for the next patient. Please vacate your room upon completion of service(s) within a reasonable amount of time.
- Please provide us with candid and honest feedback. Your opinions count and are very valuable to us. We use your feedback for our clinic’s pursuit of excellence and in our attempts to improve our guest services and experience.
Unacceptable Behavior:
To be able to provide a quiet, relaxing, and harmonious environment to all our guests, the following guest behaviors are considered “unacceptable” by Noor Esthetique & Wellness Center:
- Exhibiting lewd behavior
- Being under the influence of illicit drugs or alcohol
- Being disrespectful to other guests.
- Exhibiting demeaning and abusive behavior toward staff.
Such behavior does not conform to our etiquette and is against Noor Esthetique & Wellness Center’ proclaimed goal of satisfying all our patients. When encountering such behaviors, the situation will be addressed with respect, and attempts will be made to reach an agreeable outcome.
